In a word Kathy is "patient"! I had an idea of what I wanted... but I was a first time buyer and wanted to be sure I saw everything the market offered. Kathy did continuous searches and went with me to a "good number" of properties. She made the process easy and never tired of 12 midnight emails and Saturday hunts.
Six years later, even in this economy, I know I made a wise purchase. Kathy didn't go for the big "grab" and push me towards a home I couldn't soon afford...because let's be honest some real estate agents do! I found a modest home, in my budget ... and just my style. I am still happy in my home.
